TR to RIR conversion

Thank you Labor 2003. How long it takes to convert TR to RIR, if I start now. Could you please help!

My company also moved after my case was filed. Our lawyer didn't think it was a problem for the TR to RIR conversion. But, it made impossible TR-to PERM conversion.

My lawyer said that there must be at least three month of advertising before submitting the request for conversion.

Case reopened on 09/14/06
NOF of PW dating 11/17/06 (it is bullshit. My friend with exactly same labor, same background, same company, lower salary or PW, later PD got approved without NOF of PW half years ago)

TN Labor Ceritfied Today

I just checked my labor status and it says "Certified". Hope everybody gets out of this hole soon.
 
I got my LC approved. Please update my status:)

My online status changed to Certified 2 weeks ago and I got my laywer's confirmation that he has the written approvel now.

Here is the cases statistics from BECs

Dallas:
Certified per last week: 565
Closed: -51
Denied: 17
Withdrawn: 195

Data Review: removed 68
In Process: removed 658

Overall progress: 726

Certified per last week: 1294
Closed: -71
Denied: 97
Withdrawn: 175

Data Review: added 85
In Process: removed 1582

Overall progress: 1495

PBEC moved approximately two times faster, but they are still behind (46% to certify versus 39% in DBEC).

This is gradually becoming clear from the tracker - PBEC is catching up with DBEC. DBEC still leads the % of approvals in the Regional cases: DBEC 87.7% vs PBEC 80.7%, whereas for SWA cases DBEC 55.0% vs PBEC 61.1%. Also, more RIR cases are pending at PBEC than DBEC.

There are few entries in the tracker (~125 for each BECs) for Non-RIR cases and there are instances of approvals for the cases that made it to the regional. Once the BECs start with the Non-RIR cases approvals / day will likely to go down.
