Brother, I don’t know which country you belong to but, in Pakistan when Nikah is performed, local Nikah registrar prepare a Nikah Nama. Each Nikah Nama contains four copies. 1 is for bride’s record, 1 for bridegroom, 1 copy is sent to local Council and 1 copy is retained by the registrar. Based on that Nikah Nama, your local council issues a marriage certificate. This is how it works.

Yes, I did. I had to wait for them to E-Mail me with a date and time to go back to the consulate to go and pick it up. I was not allowed to have it delivered to my home address. I think it is because they want to make sure it doesn't get damaged, lost or opened during the delivery. It is my responsibility to deliver it to the CBP Officer unopened.

How long after the interview embassy sent you the email and when your status changed as “ISSUED” on CEAC?

Thanks bro, I did not present any sort of proof. Like I said they did not want to see anything, I only had to answer the Interview questions. I only had to bring my passport and my Interview letter.

No bro, like I mentioned before.

They requested i765, g325, medical, birth certificate and marriage certificate beforehand.
Passport and IL for Interview Day and that was it. I wrote it a couple of times, you can check. :) That was all they wanted.

Of course! I think every Embassy/consulate is different. Sometimes you have to use a link like @Evaposs to schedule Interview, sometimes Consulate schedules for you. And sometimes you have to bring proof and sometimes not. It it always a little bit different.

Nevertheless, I hope you will hear news from your consulate very soon!!

Hello i was approved on i-730 living in the usa
September the 14th i received the approval letter with the i-94 tear off form
But the ssn do not want to provide me with a ssn
With this notice of action i-94
And my lawyer says uscis sends my ead card automatically when they approved my case
Im still waiting…
Should i apply for ead or wait any advice on this type of case
