No, they did not need anything more from me at the time of interview. In fact, they told me to only bring my passport and the email letter of the interview to the Consulate, so only two things. No proof of relationship like photo or chat logs or anything. Just 2 things. Of course it depends on what the embassy is going to tell you once you receive your email but that was it for me.

The officer showed me all my forms at the time of interview, like they were going through my original i730 Application with me, just here and there confirming like "Is this adress still correct?" and also went through the other documents that I had already submitted in the same manner. Also, they gave me back my originals of birth certificate and marriage certificate for me to take home again. But it was very surface level and like I said it only lasted 3-5 Minutes tops all together with the interview questions.

Thank you. Yes, they asked me to bring the birth certificates, marriage certificate, proof of funds/money transfer i.e. bank statement, receipts, photos or any other document which prove your bonafied/genuine relationship. Interview is on 22nd Nov.

Bro you received your interview letter normally right ? You never asked embassy to expedite your case, and they scheduled by themselves.
 
@seeker512 bro one more question, how to show them money transfer receipts like the receipts of person who sends money or receipts of person who receives money and tell me about bank statement?

No, I sent my expedite request 3 times through different channels including congressman and senator but they denied. Finally I reached out to my senator’s office. They really helped me a lot and embassy accepted my request. The Embassy scheduled my interview. I received email form embassy as I mentioned above.

Each Embassy has different kind of backlogs. If the backlogs gets too big, they can't schedule anymore Interviews, resulting in answers like you got "No available date for interview". Abu Dhabi Embassy for example where @lost-Yusuf case is at right now has reached DQ Nov, 2022 as of two/three weeks ago.

Always keep in mind, it's different for i730 since it is not a traditional VISA as it is for normal family reunification petitions. We are Follow-to-Join.
But it is a general direction. So your "DQ" is basically your "READY" Status. We need to wait for the backlogs to be resolved or get ahead in scheduling. Nothing else to do besides wait, sadly. Don't lose hope.

Bro as you mentioned in your previous threads you contacted NVC about your interview and they told you to if you have any questions contact your embassy right, after this you requested expedite from embassy or before?

What reason did you provided to the Senator office?? If you could share please…Thanks.. i need help during my delivery which is end of November. I tried with congressman, wrote letter from my doctor as well but my embassy denied in the grounds of pregnancy’s not being an emergency situation but after delivery i need special care physically and mentally.

Now here is the thing, first of all everybody’s situation and circulate different. if your pregnancy expected by the end of Nov, it will not be possible, they will schedule your interview soon because you will send your request to senator. They take at least one week to process and then embassy will take about 10 to 14 days to accept. So, in that situation, in case of acceptance of your request, your interview will be schedule by the end of December. But secondly I can guide you how to proceed.

No, I sent expedite request before contacting NVC. I contacted NVC just for login issue after Ready Status at embassy. Please read the thread carefully and then ask the question if you are not clear.

Congratulations! Now only a couple weeks before you have the interview! I am happy for you, bro! The forms should be easy and Im sure the rest of the requested proof you will have easily as well! Let's hope Nov 22nd comes soon!
