Hello Friends, @C18 @Evaposs I'm trying to schedule appointment but there's a option asking about ds-260 confirmation number, as you know follow to join asylee cases doesn't have ds-260 and i can't continue leaving blank this column! What should I do?

I don’t have that option in the link the Embassy sent to me for scheduling the appointment

I put a5.

Yes, Embassy sent me an Email asking for (original) birth certificate and marriage certificate. Plus all the forms I already commented earlier.
No other statements were required.

I actually found a document on the Internet that is supposed to be for NVC/Embassy Workers about what they need to do in an i730 interview. They are not allowed to ask certain things, so maybe that's why they only want the forms and Birth/Marriage Certificate.

Hi bro, did you click on the link yourself or did your embassy tell you to schedule an appointment? Because DS260 is not eligible for i730. You can't register it because 730 doesn't qualify for the ds260. At least that's how it was for me. That's why I had to wait for the Embassy to schedule an interview for me. For @Evaposs got a special link to click on that was sent from the Embassy because normal Interview scheduling requires the DS260 and we don't have that.

Yusuf, Your embassy is Islamabad? and when embassy sent you the email after your READ status?

I knew that should be A5, because in one of my previous reply, me too told someone to put A5 but just wanted to confirm from you that you have already gone through the whole process. and my question regarding asking documents meant that visa officer, at the time of interview ask you to show those certificates or documents to verify?

Brother, always try to read question carefully and then answer it. You mentioned that you are unable to schedule the interview because of your D-260 number. Which option you selected to schedule the interview because form D-260 is not associated with I730 applicants and if you didn't received any email from the embassy then why did you try to schedule the interview by yourself whereas in previous threads it is clearly mentioned by C18 and others that without embassy email, nobody can schedule the interview. That was the reason I asked you that when you did you receive notification email from embassy and which embassy is yours. This was the whole scenario of my question.

Get the email and/or phone number of the Embassy/Consulate and contact them.

Okay, yes that's good! I also was a bit confused what to put but A5 is correct.

No, they did not need anything more from me at the time of interview. In fact, they told me to only bring my passport and the email letter of the interview to the Consulate, so only two things. No proof of relationship like photo or chat logs or anything. Just 2 things. Of course it depends on what the embassy is going to tell you once you receive your email but that was it for me.

The officer showed me all my forms at the time of interview, like they were going through my original i730 Application with me, just here and there confirming like "Is this adress still correct?" and also went through the other documents that I had already submitted in the same manner. Also, they gave me back my originals of birth certificate and marriage certificate for me to take home again. But it was very surface level and like I said it only lasted 3-5 Minutes tops all together with the interview questions.

My brother, in my opinion striving to discover more details about our case grounds is more likely than keep waiting, and indeed it's the keyword! I haven't received anything from embassy yet and my case is at Abu Dhabi embassy, let's keep informing each other, GOD IS GREAT

Each Embassy has different kind of backlogs. If the backlogs gets too big, they can't schedule anymore Interviews, resulting in answers like you got "No available date for interview". Abu Dhabi Embassy for example where @lost-Yusuf case is at right now has reached DQ Nov, 2022 as of two/three weeks ago.

Always keep in mind, it's different for i730 since it is not a traditional VISA as it is for normal family reunification petitions. We are Follow-to-Join.
But it is a general direction. So your "DQ" is basically your "READY" Status. We need to wait for the backlogs to be resolved or get ahead in scheduling. Nothing else to do besides wait, sadly. Don't lose hope.
