Attorney for i730?

Thank you my friend,
Hi friend, I hope you’re doing well. Yes I just saw. I don’t know why they‘re stuck for so long on this date. You can write to them with an inquiry and ask about your case with the Uscis case number, but it’s possible they might tell you that you have to keep waiting.
I have to wait till next week maybe they will update the status and i will make an effort to do inquiry to get my case number.

Thank you so much. Now that my case was sent to DOS how long to get the notice from NVC?
Well, as you see nvc stage is sadly stuck on July 19th. It may be possible that you get notice before the date moved but chances are slim. They update the website every Monday so we have to check back in Monday.

Is the notice that I expect from NVC the welcome letter? Or there is a notice where I can find my appli a number that will help check the progress of my case??

I think it depends. Technically there is no welcome letter for i730. It’s different if you‘re inside or outside of the US. If you‘re outside of the US you have to wait for NVC to look at ur case (which will happen once the date on the website reaches your sent to DOS date) and then they forward the case to the embassy/consulate in your country and you will get an email from them with documents they need from you and then the date for your interview.

What documents did embassy asked you to bring?
I had to fill out extra forms like i765 and also they wanted birth certificates and marriage certificates. They haven’t asked for photos beforehand but maybe they will ask about photos during the interview. I don’t know how it is going to be. I would suggest any evidence you have make sure it’s ready. If you don’t have photos then bring other evidence you may have. We will see what they‘re going to be asking of you when you receive the mail from nvc.

Hi victor, if you were approved last week they’re gonna do the same. Uscis will forward your case to the NVC and they will get in contact with you and also your petitioner. I’m not too familiar with what happens if you’re inside the US, they won’t have to contact any embassy since you’re already here; but from the research I’ve done you will have to show up for an interview (sometimes together with your petitioner) and they will evaluate the case during that interview. But for now, you have to wait until you get the message from USCIS that they forwarded your case and you will get notice from NVC.

If you already had the interview, did they tell you they were going to issue your visa at the end of it?
Normally, the interview is the very last step unless they give you a 221g notice, which is a temporary refusal. Since you said you have been approved after providing additional evidence you should be receiving your visa soon. Look out for any email or letter they're gonna send you. It's only been 6 days so far, I'm sure it will come soon. Congratulations btw! Happy for you!
