And are they go through day by day in a row like now they are working on cases received on July 19 so next week they are gonna work on cases received on July 20! Is it right?
 
They work on cases from oldest to newest. so next week maybe they are going to be working on cases from July 20 and maybe also more; like let's say July 20th to July 25th next week. It depends on how many cases they can get done in a week and that's when they update the website. So maybe for your case it's gonna take 2 to 3 weeks for nvc to reach date august 28. But I can't say for sure. Let's see the update on the nvc website on Monday.

Current case creation time frame: As of 11-Sep-23, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 19-Jul-23.


Please guys tell me, my case was transferred to nvc on 28th of August, are they working on my case or not ?

hello friend, sadly they didn’t get ahead with the cases this week. I had this happen too where the website didn’t update for 3 weeks and was stuck on the same date when I was waiting.

It doesn’t mean that they are not working on it, but they are not as fast so they are stuck on cases from July 19th. Maybe yesterday they had cases left from July 19th and got done with them and today they are working on cases from July 20th but we won’t know because they only update once a week. We have to wait until next Monday.

I have heard of people that got their notice even though the date wasn’t reached yet on the website but no one can say for sure.

We have to stay patient. You can send an inquiry if nothing has moved yet next week but they say on the website to be patient and wait until your date becomes current.

If beneficiary is in U.S. and married over 10 years, will the interview for I-730 be waived or still needed ? Thanks guys

What approval notice do you mean? Your case was approved last week, no? That's when you got your approval and knew your case was successful. Now they send your document to DOS. It depends now on if you are inside or outside of the US how the case is gonna go from here. :)

I had 4 cases 3 got approved and one was denied. When they approved they said we send you the approval notice if you don’t receive it by …. Send a request. For the one that was denied they said the same thing I received the denial notice for it but never the approval notice of the 3 others applications

Hi friend, I hope you’re doing well. Yes I just saw. I don’t know why they‘re stuck for so long on this date. You can write to them with an inquiry and ask about your case with the Uscis case number, but it’s possible they might tell you that you have to keep waiting.
