Don't worry, it takes time for i730 cases. my case was approved may 25, sent to dos June 13 and I only found out the case number on august 1st from nvc. you can check the nvc website to see if they are working on your case with the date you have when they sent ur case to dos.

I can't insert the link here for some reason but I made u a picture, just google nvc case processing and click on the first link. they update the website every Monday so you can check once a week. You need to check their case creation time and wait ur date to become current.

Okay that's great. Sadly, they are only working on cases right now from July 19th, so you have to wait until they work on cases from August 28. But it was a holiday weekend and they are always very slow when it's a holiday weekend. Let's check the update tomorrow on the site.
