Attorney for i730?

Hi Rueko,
No unfortunately nothing yet I'm waiting since 13th of March. I have send then case number request and still didn't get it.
 
Hello,
Today I got my case number after sending request to the NVC. Can someone tell me what should I do next and what does that mean (your interview date was provided to you by the NVC)? Does it mean that my family have already been scheduled for the interview?

Hi,

You have to send inquiry to your embassy whether they received your case or not. If they received, they will ask your beneficiary to do medical check up. After you got result, you can ask for interview appointment with those document.

Thanks a lot! Could you please kindly give me the directions where I can do that inquiry? If you have a link that would be great! By the way how about your case? Is it being sent to the NVC?

Hi,

You have to find the email address of US embassy in your counrty. Its should be on their website. My case have been still waiting to send to NVC.

How long is it been left? I also did the same thing. They told me to wait for 90 days at least. But I got a response earlier. Since I'm in the bay area Senator Dianne Feinstein did a great job helping me with this situation.

I have to wait only 7 more days and if still not moving, i will contact senator office and congressman office. Beside NVC replied me that they will contact uscis to determine the location of my case and they will help me to move my case forward. i was hoping that they can help.

Hi Rueko,
I've checked through this link. But it only shows me that the case in transit. So I emailed to the embassy in my country. Didn't get any response yet.
