My question is do i need to proceed to opening scheduling account with out getting the permission from the embassy or i need to wait for the embassy to send me the link for appointment.

Congratulations .... You are so lucky dude. My case was not even transfer to NVC till now since approved on Jan/11/2023.

Hi Alan, Not yet. I just sent email to senator office last friday and waiting for their reply. I want to know what is the reason that uscis hold our petition to transfer to nvc. I notice that the most of the case uscis transfer to nvc within one or two month for i-730.

Hi,
After texting to the senator they've sent request to expedite my case I believe. Today I found that my case was transferred to the NVC. Is Department of State NVC?

Just sharing last info about my status. After my request of assist from senator, they've sent request to the uscis. Then after 2 weeks, yesterday uscis transferred my case to the NVC. I hope that Deparment of State is NVC, but nothing else. You should text to the senator too

Yes sure NVC is under the Department of state.

Thank you for sharing this, I went to the congressman’s office too and they have expedited my case

Hi Allan I hope you are well, this is excellent news, I got the same news too today! I hope this will help anyone here with delayed cases , good luck , I will be tracking my case with that tracking number too lol . I will update you
