Senator usually very slow , you can try congressman , I tried last september for husband I485 then he got card on october...

Search the respective congressman of your constituency on google. Type your zip code and check in which district you live. then go to the relevant congressman's website. You need to fill out their privacy form first and also a briefly describe your issue/case. Please have your Receipt and Alien number with you. After submission, you will get response within 2 to 3 days from their office. After that, you can keep in touch with them.

Hello,
Senator's name is Diana Feinstein. You have to find her website. Then you will see her email.
But it's better to find senator in your area. Because each senator works in their own area.

instead of Senator, Try to reach out to your area's congressman. He is more helpful than Senator. I already explain above how to find the right congressman of your area. it's so simple and easy and also explain how to contact and what to do? See my above reply.

Oh no , I think this depends on the person helping you at the Senators office . The guy that is helping me is very thorough and transparent, he sent me another email today showing me the nvc response. And they will process my case accordingly. Be patient am sure they won’t let 90days pass before you get a response

Wherever she lives, the embassy will send her the letter on the given address. Whoever is her guardian, will visit with her in the US embassy in your home country. They will check the documents and after verification Visa Officer will issue the visa.

Hi,

Request a case number through the NVC inquiry page. After that, you can log in to ceac with the case number and check the status.
