My application was moved to atlanta region on July 2004. My lawyer got the 45 day letter on feb 15, 05.

Does anyone know how they plan to go about processing these. Will cases from SWA's be processed before cases from regional DOLs, or vice versa or is it purely FIFO? I do know that there is no RIR advanatge anymore.
 
Hi Kasid,

Please provide us the email address, where you got the new case number.
My went to Atl DOl in same month as yours.

When I asked for status, the reply said it is not yet assigned :confused:

I got case number from DAL(email id2), but philly email says we are still working on, we will get back to u...

I got my case number from DAL too, but my lawyer has not receive 45 day letter yet. my RD is June 2004.
Could you tell me what is your code of your title?

Like P-?????-xxxx format? The middle 5 digits show when your case was enterred into the system.
 
Haven't seen anyone yet from Atlanta, RD 2003 get a 45-day letter yet, please do keep us posted as you hear back.

Does anyone know if they will process Regional DOL cases firt or will they process state SWA cases first, or is it a true FIFO?

Hi guys, I really think it's definitely your turn to begin getting letters.

Sorted by ETA#, it is very clear that Phialdelphia DOL cases were entered first, followed by San Francisco DOL and then Atlanta DOL.

Take a look and good luck. While you are there please post your info so we can have more data on Atlanta DOL.

guys, let us know if anything is happening, i called my attorney he received 2 more letters but its not mine.....I really dont know how they work on sending this letters, he told me that one letter is on 2004 case and one 2003.
when i check brc spreadsheet one guy has already got his letter on feb 15th, my number is after his number. i dont know when i will get it...............after getting letter how many more days they will take to clear labor its ????????????/
