Hi all

U guys misunderstood,

i gave my app on 04/03/03 to my HR,but finally they applied on01/05/04 and forwarded to ATL on 02/17/04.

I hope i should wait for may more than a year.

This is strange.I just called ATL DOL and they mentioned to me that they have just started early Feb Month cases.

I think this is just a strategy to make people not to call. If they tell you they're processing March cases, then guess all the Feb pending filers will call DOL to inquiry why their cases haven't be processed.

He is from GA. There are bunch of my friends got approval in 4 to 5 month this year. I will try to find case numbers ...

No Update Yet. The only thing I came to know is my RFE was responded on 12th March 2004 as oppose to 16th March 2004.

I am following the thread closely, You all will be first to know if there is any update. :p

If you know the Case number then you will know how may cases are there till your case (only applicable to backloged cases) ..
Friday, there was another approval for NC Case
Applied to SESA NOV 03
Forwarded to Reginal FEB 03
Approved 14th April 04
Don't know how the latest cases getting approved before backloged cases ..
Any thoughts ...!!!
 
Any March '03 approvals???

Guys,

Any new approvals? Any one from March '03 got approved?

My case was received by ATL DOL on March 10th 2003. I am still waiting to hear something from them. My friend, whose case was received by ATL DOL in the same week as mine, received "INTENT TO DENY" notification for the discrepancy in salary as specified in his application and the current prevailing wage.

The RFE/NOF/REMAND list is becoming shorter. I wonder when my name will be kicked out of it and will be listed in Certified list... :p
