Congrats to all the new approved guys!

We're flooded by good news yesterday: 4 approvals in one day! Keep on good work, DOL.
By the way, we have sirumal with receiving date Feb 24 on the pending list, and sthirumal with the same receiving date on the RFE list. I wonder if they are actually just one person. sthirumal, could you confirm my guess? Thanks.
 
I thought I updated file before, the file is missing my update
I am working on refile with updated wage

Labor Approved

I got call from HR that my DOL has sent the approval notice.
LC filing date in Georgia - 5/19/2002
LC transfer date to ATL DOL - 4/7/2003

Approval date - some times last week (5/4 to 5/7)

I do not have any idea on category (EB2 or 3) or DOT code
 
Congrats RSK, good to see that we are seeing approvals from April 2003. What about folks from Jan/Feb, any updates on your cases ?

Congrats RSK1!!! It is nice to see more approvals and thanks for updating the forum. I see an April 2003 case being approved for the first time. Hope to see all approvals for Dec thru March guys cleared out soon in our list.

Can any one of you please give the DOL phone number to check the status of my case, My company is useless in providing any info about my case, I will always get one answer "no information yet" and they do not provide the case number also!!! I will try with my company's phone number..!!!!!

Nothing so far...

According to DOL , my case has been assigned to Marrion Despei.........

It has been more than a 3 weeks since she is just sitting on it.....Looks like that she is not a permanant officer since her name does not exist in DOL list....Anyway, I have no clue whether she is on vacation or training or someone who does not like to work....

I will let you guys know as soon as I hear something.....

Nice to see few more approvals. Hope all the guys from dec thru mar get their labor certified soon.

My labor was certified on 3rd and my employer / attorney has not received the approved forms yet. Its been six days and florida is not too far from atlanta....lost in the mail ???????????????

Why dont you call ATL DOL and find out what is happening....

I remember one case from our forum took almost a month to receive my mail. If you can browse back our forum for past 4 or 5 months you will know.

My case (receipt date 01/23/2003) is not even assigned to any analyst yet.
But I am seeing many approvals since last week, even for Feb and Mar cases. I don't know what is happening at DOL. Only God can save me !!!

Yesterday we saw April first week case approved...In couple of days or week DOL should update processing dates...Letz see what month it is changing :confused:

Did you call ATL DOL and find out what is going on with your case....
