Any late 2004 EB1 - I140 approved?

Congrats Jag, Hope that 485 will be approved in next 1-2 months. Keep the forum going. Not so many EB1 to share info in this forum.
 
Thx mmm. Sure we will keep the forum going. It will be interesting to see how long the concurrently filed 485 takes, specially with FP done.

Thanks to God, my journey finished this morning!!! got I-485 email approval for all family this morning!!! With the help of God all my process was approved in 09 months only!!!

Congrats to you. So 27 days between I-140 & 485 approvals. Now we have to wait for Robedo who has 140 approval on 15th April. Then mine on 20th April.

I-485 approved

I got an email yesterday saying that my I-485 has approved. Here is my info:

EB-1b (outstanding researcher)
I-140/I-485 RD 01/10/2005
FP RD 3/14/2005 Done 4/16/2005
I-485 AD 5/2/2005 :)

My wife's case status has not changed. Hopefully it will change soon.
 
My attorney told me yesterday (5/3/05) that he had received the approval notice for my I-140. So I guess that it was approved a few days ago. Since he didn't give me the receipt number for I-140, I couldn't check it by myself.
 
I havent heard anything about my case (EB1, 11/07/04) but a colleague of mine just got his I-140 approval for a similar case 01/18/05. The only difference was that he filed I-140 alone while I did concurrent filing.

Mine was concurrent too and I-140 filed on 29th Oct is approved. So @ 7th Nov yo should be close or atleast get RFQ's.

Congrats mparisbr on 485 and jag on 140.

Hoping my 485 comes soon. I have still not got FP notice. Status online is still saying "Finger fee accepted as complete..."

I wonder why no FP notice?

I do not think so. Normally concurrent filing saves time in 485 processing. I-140 approval is independently done and is not affected if it is a concurent filing or not. We will soon know as 2 of us have I-140 approved and waiting for 485.
