2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Anyone in similar situation like me.....i am getting LUD on all of my application u can see it from my signature...any views on my case.....

LUD - Last Update Date according to USCIS but for all of us it is

LUD - Live Under Darkness (from unknown source)
 
Is this normal?

I have received FT notice scheduled for April 20th for both me and my wife. But none of our application has been approved yet (EAD, AP, I-140). Is this normal? Gurus please shed some light on this. Thanks.

EB2 (Special handling)
PD: 09/04 LC approved date: 02/05
EAD/AP/140/485 RD: 02/11/05 ND: 02/16/05
EAD: LUD 02/21
AP: LUD 02/21
I-140: LUD 02/21
I-485: LUD 02/21
FP: 04/20
 
Quick FP Notice

I also got quick FP notice.My ND for 140/485/AP/EAD is 3/3/05 and got FP notice with scheduled date of 3/23 at Phoenix, AZ ASC.
Is this normal to get FP so quick?
My LUD is on 3/8/05 for all applications which is just five days after notice date.

Wow, so fast ! No idea if it is normal or not. But you never know what process USCIS adopts to adjudicate a case. BTW in which category you have applied, EB2 or EB3 ?

can you please explain what do you mean by 'special handling' in your signature.
Is there any special program going on at VSC which i am not aware of?
 
I am in EB2. Special handling is not a special program at VSC. Special handling is expidited handling of labor certification.

One question . Are photos taken on Polaroid type instant camera considered as digital ?

What Documents do I need to carry with me for finger printing? and how was your experience .. Anyone ?

No idea whether polaroid photos acceptable. I just wanted to check whether the camera used in my case was a digital or analog ? It was not looking like a digital camera , rather a analog camera. It was printing two identical picture instantaneously on a photo paper which dried out in couple of minutes. Wondering what type of camera was that.
Our EAD approved today March 21st, 2005 . :)

miliky,

dont want to scare u but someone mentioned in these forums that LUD changes together on all applications (140+485+AP+EAD) is not a good sign...though personally i dont buy it.

also i have lud on 3/8 on all apps. AP/EAD/140/485 EB2
I think VSC has really got it going. My FP code 3 is scheduled on Tomorrow.
Recently 2004 tracker has got many people approved in 3 to 4 weeks after FP. If this holds true in our case (which i dont expect), We would get GC approved in record time. :)
