Today, Instead of approval email I am seeing one more LUD on my I-140.

Looks like they are sending some querry

I did not see any updated message except another LUD.

i am even afraid to dream that it is true!!!!

It may come true. I dont think there is enough people waiting to file I-485 between 1998 to April 2001.

My company applied for my Concurrent filing as per my signature below. I received an email on 10/05 that EAD is approved for my spouse and me and they have ordered a card to be mailed to me.

Hi,

If you dont mind can you tell me what your ND was and how long did it take you to get the receipt notices from USCIS.

My RD is the same as yours but I have not heard back anything from my attorney regarding the receipt notices for my I-140, 485, AP, EAD applications.

I can see that in the past few weeks the turn around time by USCIS for sending out the receipt notices and for aproving EAD/AP has improved a lot.

I wonder if "approvability" has anything to do with the applications they pick up. By "approvability" I mean approvability by virtue of Priority Date.
I looked at GCLabors PD and it's a 2001 case... haven't checked mvmn's info...

It would be very good if all can start adding their PD's to the signature.

BTW, my attroney sent me the receipt notices for my applications.
I was surprised to see a ND of 10/04/2005 while the applications were received in USCIS ON 09/27/2005.
Anyways, I am relieved that the applications (especially I-485, AP and EAD
for me and my wife) got accepted.
