My EAD & AP have been approved! Online status changed yesterday for both and I received around 12 emails! (?!!!)

Iam confused with the terms 1.retrogression 2.cut off date 3. Priority date.

There were some news flash on Murthy.com :

Which says EB2 number available now,But may retrogress ...

1.does that mean that 485 i applied will sit there til it gets current.

2.What is cut off date , in case of EB3 what is the cut off date set when EB3 got retrogressed ??

3.How is cut off date related to priority date and retrogression.

Can anyone clarify this please ??

Yes. If the retrogation date is beyond your PD

2.What is cut off date , in case of EB3 what is the cut off date set when EB3 got retrogressed ??

If the visa numbers are not available to that perticular catogery The'll set cutoff date to submit the 485. You have to wait until your PD become to cutoff date.

Dont worry now on EB2 retrogation. It could take atleast another 5 to 6months and your 485 might approved by that time. We never know, I know some of my friends who got 485 approved in less than 5 months.

My EAD has been approved on 08/10/2005. The message says that, they have ordered for the card. How much time will it take for me to get my EAD card after the Approval Date ?

I see that the VSC is not processing 140 , b'cos i don't see much of approvals. It is still March 19th '05. Is it true??

Mflame,

Looks like 140 stuck at VSC big time. I have seen couple of people got cleard whose RD was in May on this thread, besides that it is sleeping. Some one has to wake up VSC ....
 
3 LUDs since the fingerprint without any message change. Lot of folks got their i-140 approval applied after me and I am still stuck.
