2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Lud

got a LUD saying that my finger prints review completed !
Same meaning as before but the message has changed. No emails. It's like they are upgrading their system or something.

Mainly it says that this case is in Vermont Service Center

My wife's status back stepped and just says that we received your case in xxxx and it is pending. Earlier her status said that the finger prints review was completed etc...

Did not get any emails about the change though.
 
LUDs on 485s transferred to TSC

Since our 485s got transferred to TSC from VSC a week ago, I have seen 3-4 LUDs - almost daily. Wonder if this has something to do with the bulk transfer or if TSC is actually processing cases. Anybody else seeing LUDs on cases transferred to TSC in March?

My case was not transferred to tsc. yet, i saw luds yesterday and today. Maybe it has to do with some system upgrade !!!

case transferred to CSC

I have not seen any LUDs on our 485s. But the congressman's office is saying that they have been transferred to California service center. Our last fingerprints were done in jan2006, do u guys think we wil get some fingerprint notices before our cases get approved

Case Transfered to TSC

Hello Friends,

I received a email from USCIS today morning stating that my case(I-485) is transfered to Texas Service Center.

So, this mean:
1)I need to contact TSC only for any future inquiries?
2)Do I need to send my EAD renewal and AP papers to TSC only?

Please advice me. Any insight will be appreciated.

Ummmm..good to hear! I am not alone.

I received couple emails to each case with same info. I think we ignore duplicate email.

I have info on this:

03/12/2007: USCIS Confirms 485 Transfers from VSC, CSC to TSC, NSC

AILA has reported the USCIS HQ confirmation that I-485 applications are currently being transferred from CSC to NSC, and from VSC to TSC, including the cases which are subject to visa retrogression and security and background checks. The USCIS has also confirmed that the USCIS online system is being updated to reflect the transfers and that transferred cases will go into the queue based on original filing date and not the date of the transfer.

Just received the emails saying our 485 cases have been transferred to TSC too. Is this good or bad ?

My case moved to TSC too
TSC is processing cases received till aug 21, 2006.

No wonder there was no activity/approvals from VSC for a long time. They were preparing for the transfers. I don't know how TSC will treat us.
 
LaborBadhi Thats what I did too, ignored the duplicate mails.

Praying that TSC will be better. Remember the good old PBEC and DBEC days, when PBEC was in a dark hole and DBEC was approving LC's pretty fast. Hope it is like that for the 485 cases too.

My I485 has also got transferred to TEXAS SC

I was a bit concerned in the morning when I saw the emails regarding the transfer of my case to TSC. I felt a bit relieved when I saw that it is the same case with so many of you.

I guess USCIS is just re-organizing itself. As per the bi-specialization program , VSC and CSC are to handle non-immigrant visas ( H1B etc ) and NSC and TSC are to handle immigrant visas / GCs. I guess they are getting at that.

I hope this will result in faster processing of the cases.
