2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Stamping question

Is there a reason for passport stamping. If you get the card, do you still have to go for stamping.
I got a mail today morning saying they have ordered the card. Assuming If I get the card in few days, Do I still have to go for stamping.

I also have good news. My 140 has been approved. Got the magic mail on Monday 21st Feb. Was out of Office and checked the mails today and found out the approval. That’s wonderfull news for me. Whew... one big hurdle is over for me (for I was 100% sure of an education RFE). BTW there was only 1 LUD on my 140 till the approval. Below is my case details :

I notice that they are processing I140 for skilled workers and unskilled workers for those who applied in Nov 2005 while the ones for exceptional ability etc is earlier than that. Am I reading this right?

Hello Gurus:

Congrats to those who got thier I 140 approved and best wishes to those who are still waiting like me.

One Quick question i applied in Dec 6th 2005 for my I 140 and got few LUD's in the month of Dec 2005 but have not recd anything after that, my PD is Dec 6th 2001 and EB3 from India.

What will the gurus anticipate about my approval on I 140, and how long does it normally take to prepare an application for I 485 and EAD.

Please give your vaulable thought's and advice.

Congrats all all on their 140 and 485 approvals.

VSC sucks big time now :) ppl form may , june july havent got any approvals yet. this proves me again that dates r just moving fwd to achive presidents goal of 6 months turn around time for GC.

will wait more now.
