I had the same thing happen to me. LUD on both and no I did not change the address. I did not get any emails either. Must be something new.
I may not have seen the other ones as I do not check the site often

We have done Biometrics at New york center on 10/13/2005. but till this date there is no UPDATE on 485, any thoughts .

It looks like they started working again. there are some activities It is good sign, Don't worry It is so common showing a LUD without sending any mail or any message change. It means there is some activity going with your case, hope the best..

If you all have LUD ..Do you all have SUB LABOR ..
As I hadthe same thing happen to me. It seems they are scrutinizing the sub labor cases very closely..!!
Also is there anyone without a PD ??

My opinion only

After looking at a lost of posts and some reasearch i have come to conclusion that whomever is getting a couple of LUD's on I-140 and no message change is going to get an RFE.

Thats the pattern so far it takes about 2-3 weeks after the last LUD to get the RFE email . So guys keep me posted if you get RFE based on my theory and may be we can help each other get our RFE resolved. It sucks when you get an RFE sometimes its the lawyers who don't pay attention to details and sometimes its USCIS who just gives and RFE for the sake of it mey be 1 or 2 cases for every 10.

Time is tough after waiting for 4 year for labor now RFE on 140 after 6 months whereas some guys get everything done in a few months. Anyway what are the chances of approval after an RFE?
