Thanks njrirlabor!!!! yaah you are right....i was so frustated for some time ...

i was worried because my labor is from Delaware and i know Delaware labors are subjected to additional scrutiny because of the scams of some companies.

But than i cooled myself and was confident on my company's history and my MS degree and that got paid.....i finally feel cool in the hell.

Hopefully everything turns out safe and cool with my 485 too.

i wish and pray the same peace of mind for everyone.

Nope. I didn't moved to 140 approvals list yet :rolleyes:.

You must be very happy after looking at 140 approval email. Since yours is sub labor, you are lucky again.

My case took 5.5 months (mine was a EB3 sub labor with PD: March 1999, 140 approved on Nov 14). I got LUD as 11/29/05 on 485. Eagerly waiting for 485 approval email :)

I485 - LUD 11/26, 11/27

Mine is preapproved labor.

I-485 Question

Hello Gurus,

Please look at my signature below. There was an LUD on 11/29/05(with no meg change) for my wife's 485 petetion but there is no LUD change on my 485 since 8/16/05.

Is it possible to approve a spouse's 485 petietion first and primary 485 later? Currently they are approving Jan 1999 prior cases. Our cases shouldn't approved until Dec 31, 2005 at least, as per availability of visas. My PD is March 1999.

Can some one tell me would be going on here? Appreciate your views.

Is there anyone out there who have filed I140/EB2 before June 03'2005 and still waiting for approval? Please respond.
 
As per the rules, dependents GC should be processed only after primary candidate's GC approval. But as we all know any thing can happen in INS. One of friend is waiting for 485 approval since 18 months but his kids GC got approved and got the cards also 3 months back.

Hello gurus,

I am checking my online status, from past 2 days i have LUDs on Both 140 and 485, but No emails or Change in subject. Is this normal or should i be worried about.

140 had LUDs on 11/30/2005 and 12/01/2005 ( No updates or Emails)
485 had LUDs on 11/30/2005 and 12/01/2005( No updates or Emails)

Please advice

My case transfered to local office and waiting for approval. See my sinature below for dates.

Hi guys,
Finally after years of waiting something finally got approved. Got email saying.
"This case (EAC0521******) has been approved. On November 30,2005 an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address..."
PD:April 2001/EB3/Non-RIR/Non retrogressed Country
140: RD 8/1/05: ND 8/2/05: Approval:12/01/05
140 LUD:8/5/05; 9/22/05; 10/6/05; 11/3/05; 12/01/05
1485: AD?
EAD: AD ?
Now begins the wait for GC, also does anyone know how long after 140 approval should I expect EAD. Thanks for your future response.

My application is pending since April-05. I got my EAD and AP and am eagerly waiting for I140 and 485 approvals... Please see my signature for details...

I didnot report any change of address yet. I am suprised why there is LUD and No Updates. Is this happened to any one in this group or i am the only one? Please gurus let me know
 
LUD on both I 140 and I 485

I had the same thing happen to me. LUD on both and no I did not change the address. I did not get any emails either. Must be something new.
I may not have seen the other ones as I do not check the site often
