Thats the pattern so far it takes about 2-3 weeks after the last LUD to get the RFE email . So guys keep me posted if you get RFE based on my theory and may be we can help each other get our RFE resolved. It sucks when you get an RFE sometimes its the lawyers who don't pay attention to details and sometimes its USCIS who just gives and RFE for the sake of it mey be 1 or 2 cases for every 10.

Time is tough after waiting for 4 year for labor now RFE on 140 after 6 months whereas some guys get everything done in a few months. Anyway what are the chances of approval after an RFE?

I had 2 LUD on my 485 (11/22/05 and 11/23/05) without any message change. Does that mean I may get RFE based on the previous post?

i140/485 filled on may 2005. I140 approved on 11/22/2005 and on 485 2 LUD's as mentioned earler.

I was just saying for I-140 lods and RFE not 485

485 lud may be because fo your I140 approval.

I am new to this thread. Is there a excel tracker of Vermont I140s. Any ideas about current processing times?
 
Yesterday I got My I-140 Approval

Hello Guys,

I recieved Email from CIS stating that My I140 case has been approved. My Recieved Date was 09/27/2005 Notice date was 10/05/2005. I hope this information would be helpful for you guys. I applied in EB2 category. I am just waiting for My I485 Approval after the Conference Committee for Budget Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, S. 1932 as Amended.

Btw i sent Fax to all possible members of Conference Committee. :D

Yeah I applied concurrent. I got by labor by applying thru PERM, and my priority date is July 2005(I guess)

We are a bunch of people who applied for I-140 and 485 in the last week of sept.

It will be great if they are looking at all the cases around that time.

My I-140 was approved on 11/23 couldnt post earlier as I was travelling.

Yes, there are cases that were applied in Sept 2005 for I140/485, that have been approved.

Got RFE for educational evaluation and experience letters. Can anyone provide me with a good format for experience letter as mine was rejected by the USCIS.
Also i need to prove 2 years of exp and the RFE says you have to provide information that before your priority date you possesed 2 years exp. My priority date is sept 2001 and i am currently working in the company from may 1999 . Can i use the experience from my current employer who is sponsoring my GC as experience for 2 years from May 1999 to Sept 2001 (more than 2 year).

All the help you can provide will be apprecited as i a don't want to just rely on Attorney's advice only.

as far as i know, you can not use your current employer as your experience.
