2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

No update on my EAD/AP .
And also there is no FP scheduled.
Only one LUD on all after three days of ND.

Hi All,
Here are my Details:

FP Given on 6th April,
Message I-485: FP Received on 16th of April’2005…….

But No news on My 140 or AP or EAD…..
 
I found my notification date and case #s

Hi
I FOUND the notification date. It is a small clue, most of you guys may already knows about it. If you issued cheques for those applications, most of us do..When the cheques encashed, you can see the back side of the cheques the case #, you can use it for tracking, In my case I didn't get any news from my lawyer- I found all case #s.:)
 
LUD on EAD -- No message change

Hi all,
There is a LUD on my EAD today. But no message change , is it a usual one.
Please tell your opinion.

Hi folks:

EB- 3 Subs (PD - 07/22/02)
I-140 -RD - 04/21/05
I-140 - ND - 04/28/05

The company had actually sent the application on 03/15/05. VSC stated they never received one. Then again a copy was sent on 04/15/05 by certified mail this time and that is update. The Attorney wanted to try out sending the 485 papers also. so I sent them also but then VSC returned the paper stating that Visa is not available for your priority date.
 
I have an education RFE too.

They asked for my master's degree and I have BS (3+1) + 9 years experience. Lawyer replied with copy of LC that they had mentioned that they will take BS + 5 years. Since then there was LUD change 4 times 4/12,4/13,4/14 and 4/15 havent gotton any reply.
futhrevu what kind of educational RFE did u have and what is your Education evaluation ?

Here is the info from the rfe:

It has been determined after review that an advisory evaluation of the beneficairy's formal education must be obtained before a decision can be made. This evaluation is necessary to determine the level and major field of educational attainment as described in the supporting documents, in terms of equivalent education in United States.........an acceptable evaluation should be:
1) consider formal education only, not practical experience
2) state if the college training was post-secondary education i.e., whether the applicant completed the United States equivalent of high school before entering college.
3) provide detailed explanation of material evaluated.
4) Briefly state the qualifications and experience of the evaluator providing the opinion.


my education is BSc + MBA.

I-140 nd: nov 2004, rfe nd feb 2005, replied and received by ins april 2005, lud 05/02.
 
No Updates on my case 140/485/EAD/AP - RD 2/25/05

I applied for 140/485/EAD/AP on Feb 25,05. I used a pre-approved labor. I did not get my EAD or FP notice nor any LUDs on my cases. I see some of you who applied in Mar, April get the EAD or FP notice.
What could be the reason for no updates on my cases?
Is there anyone who applied on or before 2/25/05 without any updates on their casees?
Is it because it is labor substitution?

1st LUD: April 20th (both of us, no message changed)
2nd LUD: April 27th (both of us, FP received April 26)
