The latest vermont status sheet shows that for EB-3 they are processing March 19th 2005. I see your I-140 ND is 03/04/05. Have you enquired about your status?
 
vikram_p - I am EB2 not EB3. Dates have not moved for EB2s.

viram_p, as of today, the USCIS is processing EB2 I-140s that were submitted on or after mid-Feb, right?

My 140 ND 03/12, I haven't heard anything yet after the last lud on 4/6. Poor me even haven't got EAD card yet. You are at least better than me. take it easy. I am also wondering if anybody is in similiar boat?

Don't worry I am also in the same boat, looks like 3/29/05 is ND for both of us and nothing changed then after !!! I am also waiting for EAD, Parole, FP notice...Good luck

I was one of the lucky ones which applied from RI. My case moved to Boston DOL before the end of 2004. Boston DOL processed all cases which were in their system. No files moved to the new backlog centers. In fact Boston is still processing 2004 labors and will do it by the end of this year. I was lucky to get it in just 4 months.

No LUD after FP

I guess it is a bit early but still would like to ask this.
I went through the forum and looking at the signatures of the folks , looks like most of them do get LUDs pretty much immediately after the FP , maybe same day or the next.
I have done my FP on 05/05/05 and have not seen any changes on the website.
Was wondering if anybody else ( I see the same with member Youry) is in a similar situation. Could others please share their experiences.

Not to worry…! I am also exactly in same situation.

did our FP on 5/5/05 in Newark still no LUD. I guess we both should be in touch since our cases are exactly similar (EB2-VSC, RD:03/16/05, FP: 05/05/05)

I did my FP on April 28th and still nothing. Not even one LUD. Called FBI and was told that the results were sent back in the same day. Called USCIS and was told "not to worry". What does it mean? I have no ideea. I'm not worried, yet. I'll give USCIS 2 more weeks and I'll call again. Maybe they want to approve everything without LUD's. :D
 
Guys, Relax. See my signature, i think they slowed down lil bit after April15th.

PD is June2001.

EAD - AD:03/29/05
FP - 04/16/05 -Done.
140 - AD:04/18/05.
485 - LUD 04/18/05, 04/19/05. NO FP RESULTS message.
