2 more LUDS after FP Msg Change

lud5 on 4/1/05
lud6 on 4/4/05.
Dont know if this means name check is cleared and file is adjudication ready.
Any body have any clue on this.

Receipt Date

My lawer mailed for concurrnet for I-140 and I-485 in first week of March 05, but till time time He did not received Receipt Date...

Does anybody has idea how long it takes to receive "Receipt Date (RD)"...
 
Did your checks clear? For delay in 485, is it possible you fall under retrogression? Did they mail it to the right location (VSC not Chicago for employment based application)? When did they recieve the package...check your 'fedex' tracker. That is the Reciept Date. When they acknowledge the application, it will be your Notice Date.

Btw, I did read cases where it was delayed by a month or so, so its not very unusual.

same here. Mine was sent in the second week of March and still no news.

Mine was sent to VSC on 26th March . I got my receipt
Yesterday(04-11-05). But as per my lawer it may take upto four week.

140 approved.

looks like everything is on fasttrack at VSC. I got emails last night about 140 approval. It took 44 days from the receipt date. :)
Hope 485 takes the same route and get this thing done fast.

Go to: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp and setup a customer account and enter all your pending applications Receipt Numbers and enable the email option so as to receive automated emails whenever some message changes on your pending applications. Here you can see a field called "Last Updated" which is very commonly used as LUD in these forums. Whenever some action happens on your case, the LUD changes...but note that not all LUD changes result in a message change.

How do I view the latest version of the 2005.xls tracker? The first message by Joyd contains a blank file? Is there any specific place where I can locate the latest version?

How do I update the file with my information? Can I update the excel file directly? Or should I post a message with the details asking for the file to be updated?

Hi Kathi and Em Kay,

i have similar signature with you guys.

I got couples of LUDs on 140, the latest ones are 4/5/05, 4/6/05. Did you guys get any on your 140 and any news after that? Meanwhile still expecting EAD. No idea how soon I can get it. But looks like Em Kay got it without longtime waiting... Good for you!!

I am still waiting, all these LUDs are driving me crazy...
