EAD Approved: 11/1/04
Online Status changed today 11/2/04 for EAD & AP.

Kinda interested in AP as i need to travel, does the last update on AP mean anything, would i get it soon ?

Do you get EAD for more than 1 year?
 
Online Status changed again today saying:
"This case has been approved. On November 3, 2004, an approval notice was mailed"

EAD Approved: 11/01/04
Online change: 11/02/04
AP Approved: 11/03/04
Online change: 11/03/04

Online change again for EAD today 11/03/04

ND 9/13/04
 
EAD valid only for a year !

EAD Approved: 11/1/04

Received in mail: 11/06/04
 
My wife's EAD was approved on 11/08/04 but my FP is still stuck in "On October 21, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."
Anyone else have the same experience?
 
Just got msg from USCIS that my EAD was approved. I neeed my 7th yr H1B extension though!

Q abt some of the 140 approval in xls sheet

Hi Guys,
I have question about some of the approval mentioned in the xls sheet and
and it is hard to believe that it can be true. and CIS is so fast.
Pls clarify. & if it is true then I believe miracle can happen.
Example:

Nimmi EB3 05/25/04 05/25/04 05/25/04 06/16/04 06/16/04 06/14/04
20 days 140 approved and RD is latter than AD. or it is type RD is 2003.
Pls clarify.

there are some other example also.

This is OK: nimmi's I-140 approved on 06/14/04 but RD for I-140 is 05/25/04.
the RD you are talikng about 06/16/04 is for nimmi's I-485 RD. This is non-concurrent case.
 
I see lot of folks getting their finger print dates within 2-3 months of their ND..

What happens if some one go to india for vacation for 3-4 months after filing their 485/140?
