2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Updated tracker with my info.

Hey guys,
Its been a while ive visited the site. I have updated the tracker with my info. It seems like there are a few trackers out there...but this one seemed to have more current info.

485 Approval Pattern

My guess on 485 approvals...

We saw only two april 485 approvals this week. But many backlog cases of 2001/2002/2003 got approvals after 15th march which are not apparent in this fourm.


We will see very slow approvals of eb2 filer because very few officers are working on the cases as they have to clear cases from mar 04 to dec 04 only which many busy in digging backlogs.

Recently I talked to one VSC CS she told me that I am ahead in this game so better wait for two months :D . (My PD : 04/03). So I guess now they are paying attention to PD for EB2 filers also.

As somebody in this forum mentioned earlier, do not try too hard to get something between LUD changes. And agian, if you try, you will get the answers with the word 'likely'.

The point is that sometimes there are no definite answers for why LUD changed at a perticular time, I suggest members to read as many postings as possible in the forum to get a sense of wisdom on whats going on within USCIS. That helps in clarifying any questions/concerns you may have in the future.

M3G JK mentioned that no advantage in drilling LUD because many luds are system generated and many manual.

I applied on 02/08/05 and got approval in a month.

My cousin applied in Dec he is still waiting. But mostly you will get within 60 - 90 days. It is always good to apply six months before.

Please don't change the file name....it will create confusion to many.

file name is 2004.xls

Everyone...please let JPanchal do updates he is very particular in doing this job and our's is the only well maintanied tracker on immpor.com

Hi All,

I-140 got approved finaly after 1 year 3 months. I had RFE on Education Evaluation and Ability to pay. Company had to prove the ability to pay for year 2002, 2003,2004 & company made loss during 2002 & 2003. I made $4000 in 2003 in current company, $65,000 in 2004. I took suggestion from UN on this. He suggested for the bank statements from 2002 and my company always had available balance every month from year 2002. UN also sent me argument on "Ability to Pay". I sent all those information to my lawyer. The wage mentioned in the labor certification was $75.

You are the second person in last two weeks who got approval with UNs help on Ability to pay. Other person got his 140 and 485 approved simultaneously

Hi Jharkhandi -

I posted this question before, but you might not have seen it.. I just want your input because I value it a lot..

My FP is scheduled for 4/22/05, my I 140 got approved on 3/22. so the last step is the 485. My LC PD is 1999. How long do you anticipate it will be before I hear from USCIS about the 485? ITEC predicts it will be within a couple of weeks because of the PD. What do you think?

I know that it is hard to predict with USCIS, but up to this point you were right on the money with your predictions and advices to me..

I got a LUD too. After my FP results message was updated, I see two LUDs on my 485 in a row. Any clues??
