2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

tracker updated

tracker corrected...
patnams: couple three minor errors-nothing major. The only thing you need to do next time is to copy formulas when you add a new row. Thanks for updating the tracker and helping out.

Me too.

Phoenix is one of the busiest centers. In no other center are 485's so slow as in Phoenix. My co-workers say they went on same date. It seems USCIS has given the FP work to some private contractors here, so they probably might accomodate you if you take your air tickets etc.

Hi patnams

Today i went to ASC, Phoenix. And Guess What ????

They allowed me. They took my finger prints.
Thanks guys for you responses.
Mine is Vermont/ EB-3/NJ case

There was no change in LUD.

patnams or JP, Please update tracker whith my FP date, Thanks Guys.

They are definately sending FPs for April filer.

ND of the week of 11/30/2004 - 12/03/2004

Friends,

I found a trend in the Tracker. Whoever has a got a ND in the week of 11/30/2004 to 12/03/2004, all those files are just sitting there. Nothing has happened on those files. NO EAD or 140 or AP

Did they go missing

Anyway, since my address changed meanwhile, I am planning to wake up the guys at USCIS by an AR-11 form. Let's see how it goes. Will keep you all posted.

Re: ND of the week of 11/30/2004 - 12/03/2004

Not just the week of 11/30/2004. My 485/EAD/AP application was received by them on Nov. 19th and they waited till Jan. 25th before even opening the applications to issue a receipt. I guess they did overlook some cases which were received on and around the Thanksgiving holidays. No LUD change yet. No EAD or AP. Hope they do something about it....

Does anyone know if they go by the Receipt Date or Notice Date in processing the EAD and AP applications??

Thanks

EB3 Labor Substitute Case.
LC 1999

To Casca2005

PD is the priority date of your labor certification (which in your case is a SUB Labor 1999)
As for the LUD it is the Last Update Date which you can find it if you go to USCIS website and create a profile for yourself with all the EAD XXXXX numbers of your applications. Then you can check the status of your applications online and see if USCIS is working on your applications (you know that if the LUD changes..)
I hope this helps!

You should be happy !!!

Well atleast your 140 is approved, so you have one less reason to complain unlike me :(

FREEWALKER and HOWLONGTOWAIT,

Thanks for updating the tracker. Let us update the tracker say once for some 7-8 updates. Also, make sure that formulas are copied when you insert a new line in the tracker.

I think it is better to leave the update to 2-3 volunteers willing to do so instead of everyone updating.

The significance EAD and AP for 2004 is not much any more, we can choose to avoid these columns if everyone thinks the same.

I have email from USCIS and it is RFE for AP and I am yet to receive the mail from USCIS. Please update the tracker.

PS: I think it will be nice if one or two person/s take the responsibility to update the tracker. That way the tracker will clean and neat to read.

Feb 8th Update on the USCIS Website !!!

Friends,

There is an update on the USCIS website for Feb 8th. The I-765(EAD) is carrying a date of Dec 9th 2004.

So, all the people who belong to the 11/30-- 12/04 week should expect some good news atleast.

I did not see any LUD changes yet on my case.

Please post here any updates that you receive, specially the guys from the 11/30 to 12/04 week, to understand the trend.

Or, did USCIS skip the week of 11/30--12/04 and just posted 12/09 there

Ead

If you have filed EAD application based on a pending 485 application,
the processing date is November 15, NOT December 9 !!
