Congratulations to the 140AD

Congratulations to the guys who got their 140-s approved on Jan 31st - looks like 3 approvals (nivasch,minicooper,atmaramji) - that is good news - hopefully VSC will pick up the pace like this and more!

However one thing worth noticing - there is no pattern in the dates and approvals are not really based on ND-s coz cases with earlier ND-s are still pending - crazy are their ways...I guess there is some reason to the madness!!

What is happening with finger prints? anybody received finger prints after April 04. No clue what is happening in VSC.

Did not get my EAD or 1-140 approval, Wondering what is happening:confused. EAD/140/485/AP all have ND of 12/03/2004. It is a Labor Sub from NH at VSC. Any Ideas gurus ?? EB3 Category

no one recently got their FP dates, dont know why
may be USCIS wants to get FP done once 485 is approved instead of every year doing FPs

any thoughts ???

Dear seekinggc ssk,

I have no clue of whats going on there @ VSC.Don't worry,you will get pretty soon.

By looking at the recent I140 approvals,I think one of the officers is looking into the cases with ND in Jan 2005.It's only to my understanding,and am not sure.

your lucky becoz your PD is before jan 2002, so your case will approve very soon..our cases will retrogress and wait until our dates should be current

now USCIS are working cases before jan 2002 received dated means PDs

Dear Minicooper,

Its kind of weird that nothing has happened on any of my applications since the day USCIS received them. Its been almost 58 days. I am worried as to what is happening. More so because some people from the same centre are getting approvals of AP/EAD/140 much much quicker than me.

How do I wake up the guys at VSC :(

EAD & I-140 Approved

Hello,

Can some one update my status in the tracker.

I-140/EAD/AP/I-485 (EB3, Regular - PD Dec 2003)
RD: 12/28/2004; ND: 01/11/2005

EAD AD: 01/26/2005
I-140 AD: 02/01/2005 :)
AP - Issued RFE on 02/01/2005 , No details yet.

Though my EAD was Approved on 01/26, the LUD changed on 01/26, 01/27, 01/28, 01/31, 02/1.

Is this because of AP/140?.

Did you see GC_04 whose 140 got approved and his PD is Dec-2003!
 
I am all set with 140 message

I got 140 ammendment notice on 1/31/2005 indicating that my case is now following the correct path and I am eligible for AOS. Looks like, INS had wrongly put following message in 140 approval notice. INS corrected itself without any intervention. Though my lawyer has started putting case together for correction but before that I saw LUD on approved 140 and got ammendment notice with correct message.

Will wait for 485 approval now.

on 13th Jan, 2005, I posted that my I140 got approved based on online status. Today I recd copy from lawyer. Please note that I am in EB2 category. Approval notice indicates the same but message indicates something like below;

"petition indicates that the person for whom u r filing is in US and will apply for AOS. The evidence indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an AOS application. The determination is based on info submitted with petition and any relating files........
B'coz the person for whom u r petitioning is not eligible to adjust, we have sent the approved petition to Dept of State National Visa Center (NVC)..... NVC processes all approved imigrant visa petitions that need consular processing and also determines which consular post is appropriate consulate to complete visa processing..NVC will forward the approved petition to that consulate.

Gurus, Please help me to understand this message. I haven't applied for Consulate processing. I did apply for concurrent 140/485 in EB2.
What may be the reason to forward application to NVC ? What will happen now ? I am really worried. Appreciate your help in advance.

Heard from my Lawyers that my 140 was approved. Was a pleasant surprise !!!!
