congratss......just wanted to check if you have recieved email today or u checked online. as online checking is not available today.....was wondering if you have emails of approval.

What is LUD, is it Last Update Date? How come you have LUD for I140 after it is approved?
 
EB2 LC Substitute I-140/I-485 Concurrent filing from VSC

Folks,

Anybody who concurrently filed in EB2
I-140/I-485 (Labor Substitute) from VSC with a receipt date of June 10,2004 or after received their I-140/I-485 approvals?.

The LUD change on my 140 surprised me too. I am not sure as to why there was a LUD change on 140. It will be nice if some Guru's can comment on that? Any one with similar exp??

Majestix, I am also in same boat. LUD got changed three times after approval. My 140 had correct category EB2 but message was wrong -- kind of EB3 or CP type. [Look my earlier posts for exact message]

After three LUD, message got changed indicating I140 Amendment notice sent. Looks like INS had made mistake in printing notices and resending with correction. Are you able to relate my situation with yours ?

Thanks for your message.
Mine is EB3 and there was never a change in message when there was LUD. Message was same all the time.
 
Address Change

My lawyer told me that they sent one copy of AR11form to VSC. But i didn't see any LUD changes in my caseids. Any idea. Does any one know the procedure to change address on pending applications.

You are probably right on mark - I have ND of 4/8/2004 for EB2/140/485. I have been dying to receive FP notice. There are a ton of opportunities out there for me - and I am "currently" not fortunate enough to accept them.
