2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

there has been two changes in LUD on my EAD and since then 10 days have passed with no updates in case status or any changes in LUD. is this good or bad. i am kind of worried on the same.

I just received Email from USCIS, that MY I-140 was Approved today (01/31/05).
Could some one please update the sheet..

mine was concurently file i 140 ,i 485 nd nov 22,04,rd nov 30,04 no ead ,no ap :) :) :) eb3 indonesia,i140???i485????

I cannot believe that my 140 has been approved today(Jan 31 2005). Mine is an EB2 case from NJ(ND 08/23). Can some one please update the sheet?

Scan for more April04 FPs.

In the past i remember couple of members were able to run some scan and see that how may applications for a period have been sent FP notices .. i remember nemessis was one of the members do such scan.. Is it possible to do such a scan now also ?? Does any body have any idea how to do that ? That would help us to see if FP notices have been sent to April04 and onwards case ...

Was your's a subst labor?
What was the RFE for AP about?

Let us know ... I have got an RFE now. Trying to figure out where am I in the queue.

wow thats great.....my RD is just a week away from you and nothing has happened on it so far. just LUD for EAD changed twice 10 days back and no updates there on till now.....

Your 485 applied is not > 180 days yet, so you do not qualify for AC21 right now. I will suggest that you check AC21 Forum.

Here is the input that you looking for my case:

Was your's a subst labor? ===> No, It is mine
What was the RFE for AP about? ===> Passport pages were not clear
On 140 there was no LUD changes before approval.

Yesterday started off as a lousy day....baby got his four month shots, got a parking ticket, got late to work, horrible day at work...

But it all was made up for by the two emails that I got at the end of the day...
I-140 Approved!

It got approved in 42 days!!
Sounds too good to be true!
I hope they dont come back saying it was some kind of system error and then revoke the approval!

Thanks to you all for all support and best wishes. :) :)
My I-140 got approved on 01/31/2005. I was waiting for this for long time since I had a very good offer from other company and they are still waiting for my approval so that I can use AC21 rule.
I got the finger printing done on 01/05/2005 and LUD on my I-485 that was files along with I-140 changed on 01/14/2005 saying that USCIS has received my fingerprints.
Can anyone suggest me whether I should change the job and use AC21 or wait for I-485 approval for some time?
Here is my Info:

I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ND: 01/22/2004
EAD/AP Approval date: 03/25/2004
EAD renewal approval date: 01/06/2005
Finger printing date: 01/05/2005
I-140 Approval date: 01/31/2005

Please update the tracker.
