Question on renewal

Hey folks,
I have a question regarding EAD/AP renewal.
How early is an application for renewal of EAD/AP sent before expiration?
Mine is valid up to 5/05 but my attorney is sending it now...is it too early????

you can apply before 6 months from expiration date..may be that's why your attorney applying

My spouse applied for I-140, I-485 on 12/29/2004. VSC received it on 12/30/2004. We have not received any receipts so far

why dont you ask your lawyer,may be he may know some info about receipts

This tracker is sorted by I-140 ND and making few exceptions to make entries by I485 ND will create a mess. Please provide comments/suggestions senior members....

Thanks for updating the info. Also, I understand your concern. For us, I-140 is done and we don't want to track it anymore. But like to track I-485.

I would put my I-485 ND/RD in I-140 column. so, that your concern on sorting and etc., will be addressed.

some info. a friend of mine got approved today 01/27/05, his 485 ND is 02/27/04, separate filer.

My applications were delevered on 12/29/2004. I got receipts on 01/24/2005 from my lawer. Dates printed on receipts are RD : 12/30/2004 ND : 01/14/2004

I dont know about the application fee since it was payed using employer's check

I-140 AD: January 27, 2005 - With a Ref on Educational Evaluation on Dec 29, 2004. Reply received by VSC on January 19, 2005, LUD Changed on 20th,21th,24th and approved on 27th.
I-485 ??: ????????? ??, 2005

I sent my application on 12/27 and received by VSC on 12/28.

My checks have been encashed on 01/11/05. EAD approved on 01/26.

There is some JSP error when i try to access login page. A couple of days back they were doing some maintainence, i guess there are some bugs in the website.

My EAD is approved on 01/28/05. Please update the tracker. Also I guess my RD/ND for 140 and 485 is not complete. Please see the signature and update that too.
