2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

There have been LUDs on my 485 on 01/24/05 and 01/25/05 with out any message change.
Can somebody help to guess what is going on?

My guess is that your I-485 will be approved within this week. :)

Hey all,

My I-140 was approved on Jan 13th.
I am EB3 from India , but my PD is 10/2001.

I am actually considering fillig a AC-140.
Had a chat with my lawyer today and she agrees that AC-140 would be a faster approach.
Since I am from Mumbai I donot have to wait for the I-824 approval and can file the AC-140 based on the 824 filling receipt.

I got emails at 6:09 p.m. today... No LUD changes prior it. I was checking it every day :D
 
Regression PD or ND?

Hi guys,

Now that I am affected by the visa regression, will my 485 processing be done based on the PD (which is now 01Jan02 from Visa bulletin) or on the ND (which is now 19Jun2003 from VSC Processing Times)?

Also, anyone has any idea on how quick the PD will move and by what increments for the regressed guys like me (sounds like oppressed!)

PLEEEEEASE someone clarify this for me!!!

i have no problem adding you to the tracker but i am not sure where to put your info. This tracker is sorted by the I140 ND and that in your case will fall in 2003. Need help from lc_virginia............

Got EAD and AP in July/2004.

Waiting for FP notice.

Also, Javangulas 485 is approved.

No LUD before approval. Thanks everyone
for providing impotant information before filing.

Based on the VSC Processing dates, the EB2 (Advanced degree or Exceptional Ablility) I-140 dates have not changed for the past two updates. Still in Dec 24 2003. What's going on?
Same thing with other categories also, i think. Dates have not changed for I-140.

On the other hand, California is May 2004 for both I-140 and I-485. Does it has anything to do with Arnold(an immigrant) being the Governor of California ;)

I don't understand the CA center situation either. How come they are so far ahead of all others!!?? Vermont is stuck in June2003 with I485 apps. Others are even worse.
I have been waiting for my I485 eagerly...but to no avail so far. I guess its my PD which is hurting me...5/2002.

I140 - AD: 03/18/04 ( PD 08/07/2000 )
765 - AD: May 04
131 - AD: May 04
FP: ND – 09/27/04 ; FP done 11/13/04
I485: AD - 01/19/05
