Can you tell me what is happening...

I had LUD's on 485 on 12/10, 12/13

now today when i checked i had LUD on 140 (12/28). - previous LUD 03/16 - Message same as received.

140 ND 02/12/04
485 ND 03/15/04

ndnori did you have any updated on your side.

No.Nothing happend after DEC 15th's LUD.

Tracker update

Can someone please update the tracker with the information in the signature below. My 485 is approved on 12/29/04. Spouse's 485 still pending, No FP received. LUD on both of our cases were on 12/16 and 12/17
 
mtr and retrogress

I filed MTR for 140 and 485 ony Dec 7th, will this be affected by retrogression?

Till date havent received any updated on my MTR, no LUD changes nothing.

Is retrogress a problem for MTR type of applications?

Please let me know.

Hi

My I-140 (EB2) got approved today. I got the mail from USCIS.

Can some one update the tracker?

[EB2: ND:03/12/04, AD:12/30/04, No LUD changes whatsoever]

Please update my details in 2004 excel sheet:

Labor Filed (NJ State) : Feb 2002

Labor Approved (NY State) : Nov 2004

140 Category : EB 3

140/485/EAD/AP Mailing Date : 29th dec 2004

140/485/EAD/AP Receipt Date : 30th dec 2004

My lawyer asked me to file another labor in regular category as 140 are being denied the reason being the vermont centre is not accepting combination of degrees to be equivalent to USA bachlors. It has to be one degree equivalent to USA bachlors.
this is getting hard guys. After 3yrs of wait i come to know this. Hopefully everything will be Ok and will turn good. Just hoping for the best.

Can this be a problem at 485 stage ??

No i didnt have any LUD on 140 prior to approval.
I had LUD on 485 twice (12/10/2004, 12/13/2004) with same message saying they have received FP and started working on my case.
