2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Hi,

My case was also filed in February 2004 and I have all the receipt now with me. Its concurrent filing(485/140/EAD etc..)

My case was filed on an existing labour with the company. How do I find whether my case was filed in EB2 or EB3. Is there any details on the receipt.

I will update the sheet tomorrow with my details.

Check the receipt

On the receipt check the Notice Type box. Along with the amount received, it had a section in my receipt. That should let you know.

Let us allow any updates to be done thru LC_Virginia only. Also I think sree should join him(both sree have been very active), if he/she can.

Hi Guys / Gals,

Anyone know where (website / phone number) can one check the status of I140/EAD/AP. I just recieved the receipt info from my lawyers and want to track things myself as well (rather than depending on the lawyer's).

PS: LC_Virginia thanks for taking charge of updating the tracker it is definitely the most helpful tool. I know it has kept many of us going for months in the Labor stage. Can we order the tracker by receipt date so that we have a better idea of when they were filed. Thanks buddy

processing dates at all the services centers are same..
i think system is not working properly.
i checked for 140/485/ead/ap

any idea..
