I recieved from my lawyer the approval notise for AP yesterday.
All these were filed on Jan 9th 2004

I would need some education on this tracker.

How are we differentiating the concurrent filing from separate filings?

What I notice is that if the applications have been submitted on two different dates (no matter even if I 140 is pending) is when it is considered separate filing.

Is this the way even USCIS would treat?
