When Can I expect EAD

Hello ALL,

When will I receive EAD cards after the below message.Recently I moved to a new place and I requested USPS to forward my mails to new address, will the mail comes to the new address.

"This case has been approved. On August 4, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

I got mine in 3 days. you should probably add 2 days due to the re-forwarding required.

contrary to earlier posts where someone stated there being instructions on the envelope from the USCIS to the postal dept. not to forward the mail, I found none.

this will just be treated like any other normal mail.

Perico's ND as per his post is 04/15/04.My ND is the same date.

1) Did you get any LUD change?
2) Is there any change in your I-485 Message?
3) Who received the FP Notice? You or your Attorney?
4) Which one is Your local INS?

Sorry for so many questions? Because From July2003 onwards very few FP notices were issued.

Regarding your RFE, may be photos or clear passport copies. You need not worry for this query because it will be very simple one. Best of luck.

Tracker update

LSaspirant,
you updated the tracker for yourself but didnot update for shv31 and gaia neither did you copy equations calculating the dates etc. for yourself. whoever updates the tracker has to read previous posts and add them to the tracker. if you read previous pages it has been insisted by several members not to update the tracker. we want to maintain a clean tracker as this is a valuable source of info. if you wish to make a change please be responsible and considerate. please observe how trackers are updated and you will get a fairly decent idea on how to update one. I am not an expert to give to advise as i myself have just started updating but please be careful.
Tracker updated with shv31, gaia, coltech, uzito2k and lsaspirant's info....

Hi Guys!

I have done concurrent filling in Jan -23-2004 (EB2). After i filled my petition, I moved to different place and sent a change of address form to BCIS & applied my wife I-485 also but my LUD (I-485 & I-140) didn't change at all even after 4 months.

Please let me know if anybody had similar situation and how you acted on this.

1) Yes, LUD was changing constantly for I-131 and 765 and the current one is for 8/6/2004 RFE information received.
2) No, it's still original one - Application was received on March 1, 2004
3) I've got it yesterday - one week since the ND
4) Newark, NJ

By the way, there was some screwup with payable amounts for all forms and fingerprints, but it was resolved last month by my attorney.

My Case is regular New Jersey labor (PD Oct'2000)
 
EAD approved

Hi,

EAD was approved on july 30th for me and my spouse .

Labor approved on may 13 2004 (DE)
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ND - 07/06/2004
EAD AD :07/30/04

I am not sure whether it is EB2 or EB3.

Try to find out EB2/EB3? Speak to your attorney or your employer.
 
No movement on EB2 cases

Many congrats to all the who got approvals on I140. It is good to see movement on the cases but what is most frustrating is that there is a steady progress on the EB3 cases where as there has been no movement on the EB2 cases. What is the deal with that what is going on?????? Why are they ignoring the EB2 cases also there have been no FP notices either??? :(

It is very frustrating hummmm.....
