With Divsan's I-140 Approval its clear that the ohata Memo regarding Simaltaneous Adjudication of I-140/485 cases will not be for cases filed from April 1st.

Any thoughts on what dates would the VSC make the Cut-off for applying this Rule?
 
My 140 was sent to VSC on July 27th and I am waiting for the receipt number to update the tracker.I am planning to apply for 485 along with 140 receipt..But I am little confused if 140 will not be approved till 485 is ready for approval, and what are the implication of using AC21.
And if 140 approval is pending, can the employer able to withdraw petition even after 6 months...?

Wait for EB2s. This gap is largest that we have seen so far in processing of 140 of EB2 and EB3. It will be too early to conclude. There is surely something going on(like non-concurrents getting 140 approved in NSC and concurrent ones are stalled!).

If we had a valid AP/EAD and have to travel to India via Frankfurt, would we need a transit visa from Germany?

Nope, You dont need any visa.
 
Please call your airline to confirm such details. It is ridiculous to post to an immigration forum for such questions. Rules are constantly changing and even if someone did go through Frankfurt without the transit visa, it is not right for that person to claim that you do not need the visa unless the person has just checked with the airline. :) :) :)

i am following this tracker for a while now and have tried to update the tracker. i understand how important it is for everyone of us to keep a clean tracker and we don't want everybody to update this tracker. however, it seems like LC_Virginia is away for a while and i am taking the liberty to update the tracker for once. Please excuse me if i made a mistake as this i my first time working with the change in the tracker. Just trying to step up and keep the tracker current.
