In the above message why are there two receive dates for the Apr.19th cases. Does the LUD change have any meaning. Thanks for any info or explanation of this.

That is 'Scanned on' date not the 'Received date'.

Scanned on date is the date of scan, Which in this case is today's date.

So, what does the LUD changing mean. I guess it means (in a vague sense) that CIS has taken up the file to start looking(?) at it.

EB3/LC substitution/I140 has been approved today, August 9, 2004. No RFE. Please update tracker with my details.

Hello all,

Can someone add my info to the tracker please ?

I-765/AP/140/485 ND: MARCH 6, 2004
RFE RESPONSE I-765/I131: June 10, 2004 (for photos damaged)
Got interim EAD card for 3 months
Waiting anxiously for actual EAD/AP Approval

Is there anyone in the same boat ? It has been 60 days now since response to RFE was sent.. It is just ridiculous that they are taking this long for approving a RFE case.

Please post if there is anyone in this situation. Has anyone tried to submit a case inquiry in this matter and gotten some attention/approval (as given on USCIS web site) ?

I took 57 Days for me and my wife. I have the same rfe.
I field on 2th Of March.
Mine is approved 5th of Augest. So Couple of more days for you....
You will get your EAD....

If everyone who shares the good news of approval of 140, could please also post the category (EB-2 or EB-3), and ND in the same message, that would be great. Otherwise, we always get questions from other forum members about these details.

I see Mar/Apr 2004 are approved.

My RD is Mar 1, 2004 EB3. I am not geting and LUD chages/No emails from USCIS. I am not sure whats happening with my case. Whereas I see others I-140 are approved for Apr. 2004 also.
