no more LUD

Congratulations, finalllly_gotit !. I guess, it's been tough journey obtaining thru EB1/Multi Exec category. Now a days, Every one getting 140 RFE/Denial that EB1 can not be justified.
Would you plz shed some light on how you/attornry handled/responded successfully for your 140 RFE ? It will be useful for other forum members too.

1. on April 1st did my finger printing at NEWARK, NJ
2. Lud on April 1st and again on April 4th
None of the above Lud's changed any message.
3. on April 11th got 1-485 approval emails with out the message change of
finger printing recieved and the message on USCIS web site changed to
I-485 approved.
4. On April 12th got the mail for card ordered
Now the fun starts
5. On april 13th got mail for finger print results recieved and processing
resumed. I had no idea whats going on .... Wrote to guru JK and he
suggested me to wait for the approval documents to come and then call
the service center. I thought let me wait for that. Cudnt sleep last night.
6. Finally today April 14th got 4 sweet emails with the following contents. Hopefully I can sleep properly now.
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

So you finally got it! :D :D :D

I am planning to attach files on self hypnosis in my emails. It will help people affected by insomania - seems it is contanstly on increase in this 24X7 session of approvals! Mile to neend nahin aati - na mile to neend nahin aati - kya chahiye shareefon?

:confused: We did our FP on April 2, 2005. Today we received an email saying that my wife's FP was received. And LUD for my wife changed to April 13, 2005.

But for my application there has be neither any change in LUD nor I have recvd any email saying that my FP was received. I called FBI and they said that my FP was sent to INS on April 4, 2005.

I-140/485 - concurrent - May 21, 2005
I-140 AD - Feb 18, 2005
FP date - April 2, 2005
LUD 1 - April 4, 2005
LUD 2 - April 5, 2005
LUD 3 -April 13, 2005 (only for wife saying FP recvd, no change for me)


Look forward to hearing from the group any insights to my sitaution.

dont worry too much on LUD's
it will change for you in couple of days
what's your PD and your 140/485 ND is may 21,2004 i think

PD for labor is Oct 2001.

Dont worry samething happened to me. Me and my wife did the FP on the April'2nd and my wife's LUD was 2 days before my LUD.

So nothing to worry!!! You will get your FP messages in a Day or Two.

My wife's I485 message changed too on 03/09/2005. There has been no LUD on my I485 since 03/04/2005.

This is very frustrating to be so near but yet so far. But I guess, there is nothing we can do but wait...as usual.

My wife received on 04/11 and I got it on 04/13.

I guess u will get by tommorow.Trust me..

Not a Guru but this is my take on it.
May be this is just a co-incidence. The LUD on your 485 is due to FP and LUD on 140 is due to upcoming approval of 140. If it was LUD on both 140 and 485 on same days, then there might be a link, but your 485 LUD is only 4/8.
 
When to call FBI for name check?

Folks,

When should I call FBI to see if name check is completed?

Should I first wait for "FP results received" LUD & message and then wait about 2-weeks or so and before calling FBI?

Or should I call them now - since i know that FBI has sent FP results back to USCIS.
