FP and LUD tracker

we have to maintain excel sheet as ma_labor yesterday created and i modified yesterday
the excel file is in 318 page, is there any volunteers to update this tracker

I was planning on scanning the last couple of pages in this thread and updating the tracker, but haven't had the time to do so. If anyone else has the time then you are most welcome to update the tracker.

Two LUDs is normal. You are on your way. What about updating LUD sheet?

Early FP

This is my thinking about early FP...

If your PD (EB3) is 2003 or 2004 and ND (EB3 and EB2) is after 07/2004 then it is better you should not go early because it may take about a year to catch PD of 2003 for EB3 cases and about 3 to 4 months to process i-485 filed after (7/2004). Early FP means early end of one year validity and you have to run again if i-485 is not approved in one year....

My thoughts and view.....

Good point. It will be clearer after the April bulletin comes out. Some people are predicting significant movement of priority dates in April. I have also heard of the possibility of PD going current after June 05.
