2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Got FP Notices for me and spouse today dated 2/14/2005 and appointment on 3/2/2005.

Nothing changed on the online status, no LUD, same pending message.
 
FO Notices received

We got our FP notices today in the mail
ND : 02/14/2004 and scheduled for 02/25/2005

What does this mean ?? Will 485 be adjudicated any time soon ??

Recd FP Notice today. Notice Date: 2/15/05 FP Date: 3/12/05 Philly
Change in LUD on 140 - same old ....recd... message.
No change in LUD for 485. Please update tracker.

Kat,

Take the following:
1. FP notice and 485 receipt.
2. DL, for yourself.
3. Passport for yourself and wife.
4. EAD if you have.

Basically, FP notice and one form of identification is needed, but carry all if you can. Do not explain anything about DL or state identification. Just present FP notice and one form of identification (item 2 or 3).

Take care that there are no cuts or bruises and ask your wife not to apply anything on her hands(alta/mehndi) etc.

Hi recent FP notice guys,

glad to read VSC is picking up FP again....got conflicting info from reading this board: Can you please let us know if you or your lawyer or both received the FP notices? Does anyone know who is actually supposed to receive them?

I understand that there is usually no change in online case status, so it's hard to track. I am a little worried since it is taking my lawyer usually over 1 month to forward notices of any kind....

FP Notice for my Wife Received

FP notice received for my wife today, scheduled on 2/25/05. I am surprised that I haven't recevied my finger prints notice. Is this an usual thing, receiving fingerprints for wife. Any inputs are appreciated.

Kat,

Just follow the time shown on the notification. Nowadays uscis is making appointments for FPs. In fact they have removed FP appointments from infopass.

If your FP location is Newark, go there a little earlier. One of my friends went there for FP and had to wait almost 2 hours.(because lots of people are given same time and same date - so it is first come first serve essentially.).

I can feel your anxiety - don't worry - relax. You are almost there. All the best.
 
Tracker updated

A few guys have been updating incorrectly. Please, anyone updating make sure you go all the way back to the previous Excel posted and update everyone's information.

I went all the way back to P.282, and picked up jpanchal's update. I now have an update that includes these users :
