I see 140 approvals for 2002 and 2003 PDs .. hopefull yours should be coming soon.
Even otherwise, I am very hopefully that the next wave of FP would start soon .. the logic being .. they would soon be almost done with processing of Jan04 to Mar04 485s and would be left with no more 2004 485s to process .. sometime before that they would start sending the FP notices .. and as and when the FP results are send to them by FBI and depending on if the name check is done they would process 140 ( if pending ) and 485 concurrently ( way it was done in past few months) ( Eb3 485 approvals ofcourse would be based on PDs). So let us keep our fingers crossed and wait !!

jpanchal, thanks again for keeping the tracking file uptodate. Please also update my AP status. got approved for both mine and my wife on feb 18, 2005, received the emails. now i guess it is going to be a waiting game for a while.

My EAD and AP approval's information is missing from the excel sheet...I am wondering whether other information is correct! you also please check..
 
FP Notice and Confused !!

Today we recieved a notice for fingure prints scheduled on March 1st.
Actually I am waiting for my 140 approval (or RFE, have two LUD changes
on 140).

I did not read the complete notice but it says this is for 485 processing.
(My wife read it for me .)

Don't know whats going on !! Any ideas ??
 
Question

Guys,
Both My 140/485 (EB3) are pending more than 6 months and I have a permenent offer with another company. I want to transfer my H1 or use my EAD to work with them. If I Start working with a new company and can I still continue my GC with old employer?

Guru's please advice me what should I do and how should I handle this issue. Is there any disadvantage doing this?

My self and my attorny received copies of FP notice Today in USPS mail.

Yes, my case is being processed from VSC and my 485 ND is AUG'2004 and PD is Jan 22 2002. Please see the tracker for more details.

Hello All,

Today we received FP notices, scheduled on Mar 11 in Philly.
Mine is EB2 concurrent filing : 5/7/04.

Jharkhandi : Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions, I have couple of questions regarding FP's, hope you will answer ASAP as you used to do in past.

1. What documents WE need to take other than FP notice.
2. My wife dont have driving lic, state Id, can she take Passport?
