2nd RFE on AP

A 2nd RFE has been issued on my Adavnce Parole application on 2/16. I still don't know what it is about.
No other updates for me.

Congratulations to all recent approvals.

What is you PD ?? I am curious since our cases are roughly same time. Is VSC processing 140 strictly by PD ?
 
Pallu2004 seems like your application and mine are similar and was received by USCIS on the same day. Please check my details in the tracker. I am also waiting for my EAD approval!!!!

Actually they are on the Table called "Send FP notices for concurrent processing of 140 and 485"

I see your PD is Jan 1st 2002.

Should'nt there be a separate column for PD? because when your chance will be coming next for FP/485 will be purely based on PD.

Good to see a FP notice post April04 case .. What state are you in ? Where would be your FP ?

Are you from VSC ? What is your PD(priority Date) ?

My case is also EB3 VSC with 485 ND Aug 2004 but my priority date is Aug 2002.

Not sure whether i should also expect the FP notice . please let me know.

I need to double-check the accuracy but I think I applied for labor (in VA) in Feb 2002. I received the approval on 9/15/2003.

I think they are going off-of PD. If not, they must be playing the "inki pinki ponky" or whatever the kids' game is - for deciding which application to process. Mine seems to be the donkey all the time.

Whatever the reasons are - I am not really excited about this stuff anymore!!

I sure hope that's the case - and I sure do want to see FP notice in the next week or so!

Sometimes, I get a feeling that someone tied my hands and feet down to a One Tonne cement block (my current employer).... and I am not able to move anymore (to another company). Is it just me or most in this forum feel the same way :confused:

There is no telling how long it will take for the PD to become current for Aug 02. But you can best hope for a 1:1 movement (PD date moves by 1 day for each calender day) , in that case it will take another 4-5 months. Anything faster than that is a gift.

In the current scenario, I dont believe it will take more time because of 2 things. The number of GC Filings in 2002 and the availability of numbers (the law has been changed with AC21 to use unused numbers from others country's quota)

i dont think so it will more time, as you know date changed frm jan 2002 to march 15,2002,
now visa number are there so hopefull all 2002 people will get their visa numbers soon...
mine is 2004 feb, i have to wait for little while
