LUD changes before 485 approval

Could you guys please let me know if the LUD for your 485 application changed before the approval ?

If USCIS mailed it to you then there is a good chance you will receive it, but if they have mailed it to your attorney then it will take longer as the attorney has to mail it to you. Typically it goes to the attorney.
USCIS mails the AP on the same day or next day after approval.

YES
My LUD had changed for FP recived on Sep 09 2004 Than
After 2 month on Nov 08 2004 LUD changed but No Status change
(I was expecting an RFE but itwas an approval )
I-485 Approved on 11/18/2004

But for I-140 There was no LUD change Direct Approval.
 
In certain cases, USCIS forwards ur 485 application to the "local" immigration office for final decision. Some reasons that could trigger this are :

1) USCIS wants to verify some of your personal details - such as the case where you have added/declared spouse towards the tail-end of your 485 approval
2) USCIS wants to verify the authenticity of your job/employer by the means of a personal interview,
3)....



So, Boston USCIS office is working on all such forwarded applications which were received (from USCIS) by them before Feb 2004.

Unless your application has been forwarded (you would be notified if this is the case) to the local office, this basically means nothing to you.

any news on Fujie Ohata Memo being implemented at VSC for any category ?

presently at VSC are the concurrent140/485 applications being reviewed seperately?

Though it is premature to tell, I would tend to say "YES"....

Lucky ones being EB2 concurrent filers at VSC - who seem to be getting 485s approved soon after a long wait for 140.

Me and my wife's I-140/EAD/485 was filed on 11/12/2004. Can anyone please tell me if the details regarding the RD/ND will be sent to my attorney or will it also be sent to me (atleast for me and my wife's EAD/485).
