Doesnt seem good to me. Any quick relief to EB2's after March seems like a distant thing now. I wish they process atleast the 140's.

When it comes to GC, patience is a big big virtue, I've learnt it the hard way.
 
Processing Times - Updated 11/19

EB2 I-140 processing time has moved from Nov 20, 2003 to Nov 26, 2003 on this last update.

Considering that the FO memo is being implemented, what does this date really mean to us?

Labor filing question

I am filing for new labor and this time I would like to be very careful. Please help me.

Questions.
1. Can we have 4 year bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience and still file in EB2 category?


2. What are the important things to be filed in 750 part A

1. Item 12 – Rate of Pay.
2. Item 14 – Education Grade School
3. Item 14 – High School
4. Item 14 – College
5. Item 14 – College degree required (specify)
6. Item 14 – Major Field of study
7. Item 14 – Training No of years
8. Item 14 – Type of training.
9. Item 14 – Experience Years.
10. Item 14 – Related Occupation (specify)
11. Item 15 – Other special Requirements.

Please throw is experience. It will really help me.

My I140 approved. Just checked my mail and I saw those magic e-mails.
WOW! What a relief!!!!!
Following the previous approval patterns, I think it is fair to expect I485 approval as well.
Thanks to you all. I drew lot of strength from the discussions on the forum and the advice of knowledgeable participants.
I think EB2 guys could at last see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If my theory is correct then thay are processing 140's according to PD. Before we saw approval for PD in 2001, now with GCMirage's approval (PD Jan 2002). I hope the processing center speeds up!!!

I have applied for labor in Dec 18th,2002 and got approved in Feb2004.
What will be my priority Date?
You mean only few cases were left with priority dates 2001 got approved and moved to 2002 so fast?

I have a question. Here is my status,
I485/I140/EAD/AP - RD- 07/27/04
ND- 08/03/04

I765 - AD- 08/18/04
I131 - AD- 08/17/04

From USCIS website I140 VSC for EB3 case processing date is Sep24, 2004. Is that mean they forgot about my case?
Do I have to contact USCIS?

Please help me.
