Congrats on your approval !! Nice to know that the processing of EB2 cases has finally started .. my feeling is they are processing the cases by PD.. was you PD in 2001/2002 ??

BCIS now accepts only the passport stayle pictures, those funny side face is not acceptable anymore.
Take all you I 94's, AP's and EAD's. Its really quick, as all they do is take all your docs, take your fingure prints and signatures 2 times and stamp your passport. I got this done at Philadelphia office and had no problems at all. Good luck.

EB2 Approved Today

My non-concurrent EB2 was approved today. Receipt date was February 17, 2004.

Do I update the tracker myself or does LC_Virginia do them all?

Did your I-140 get approved ?

Anyone can update the tracker, but most people do not want to worry about doing it right, so they leave it up to myself or zbcx123 to do it.

when can we initiate a case check?

My priority date for EAD/AP/I140/485 is 9/15/04.

I got an RFE on my EAD and AP on photos which we replied on 10/21.

Till today status has not changed in any of the cases whereas processing dates for EAD/AP is Nov 1, 2004 and I140 is 9/20/04.

My company called and told me that another person from our company who applied on 10/28 got his I140 approved and asked me to follow with the lawyer.

Lawyer says that he can not initiate a case check until the cases are more than a month old of current processing dates.

When I can initiate a case check?
 
Your lawyer is correct. You cannot initiate an enquiry until your ND is atleast one month older than the current processing date.

Am afriad there is nothing much you can do but wait. But with the speed at which VSC I140 processing is going on, you shouldn't really worry about it.

I think, its only a matter of weeks before you hear.

did you request for address change recently on your application. If yes, may be they updated that.

How many days I can get the AP after receiving the approval email

Just recevie the AP aprroval email today, can I get it before Thanksgiving. Because I need to travel on that day.
