2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

FP is done at different ASC

I went to Boston ASC one day early to see if they let me do it. I did it because my assigned ASC was CT where my house is but I work near Boston. I had to wait long, about hour and half but all has been done. Who said there was no waiting line!

The security certainly do NOT check the center but DO check the date. However, she simply crossed the date out 11/4/2004 and wrote 11/3/2004 intead and circled appointment time, my time was 11:00 and I was there 11:20. I don't know she did because I was there just a day early or Boston does accept early FP.
As for the ID, the guy asked for EAD card, someone wrote Boston ASC asked for EAD so I brougth EAD card with me, thanks. I said I still work with H1 even though I have EAD but he did not care, he used EAD as my ID put Alien number.

The strange thing was there was no security check. And looked like most of employees are minors. They were very friendly though.

Anyway, I'm back into the waiting line to see if the LUD would be changed.

Hi everyone:

I am a separate filer, and was only going to post here after all was submitted. I decided to post now though, even before I submitted the 485/765/131, since my i140 was already approved!!!

I140 Receipt date: 10/5
Notice Date: 10/6
Approval Date: 11/2

I plan to submit the rest of the application sometime next week.
 
LUD Changed

The LUD on my I140 Changed today (11/03/04) but no change in the case status. Don't know what's happening?

LUD on my I140 was changed on 10/27/04. But no change in status.
Don't know what is happening?

Samething with my EAD and AP. LUD is 10/26/04. No change in status

ND - 9/15/04
EAD/AP - RFE on photos 10/8/04 replied on 10/18/04 ack 10/21/04

LUD - EAD/AP - 10/26/04 - No change in msg :(
LUD - I140 - 10/27/04 - No change in Msg :(
 
LUD changed on I485

Hi,

The LUD changed on my I485 application yesterday and today 11/03/04 and 11/04/04 but the message is same. I got FP notice last week and it is scheduled for end of Nov. I am planning on going earlier though.

But no change in the I140 LUD ???? just wondering what is happening. How can they process the I485 case before I140. I am getting a bit anxious and also a bit excited as it may mean faster approval........keeping fingers crossed.

Need Advise

Gurus,

The ND of my I-140 is 4/27/04. Where as processing date shows that VSC is working on cases filed August 16, 2004 for EB3. Should I insist my attorney to raise inquiry?????.

I got the email from USCIS that my I140 is approved today. My details are given below

EB3 (Labor Substitution)

I140/485/EAD/AP RD: 09/21/04
I140/485/EAD/AP ND: 09/27/04

EAD/AP: RFE (For clear passport copies) RD:10/22/04 Replied: 10/29/04
Received by USCIS: 11/01/04

I140 AD: 11/04/04

I hope EAD and AP also gets approved soon.
