Everyone, using the latest updated tracker is very important. Please do not be careless.

Just a reminder

This has been a well maintained tracker so far, thanks to everybody. I request people to make updates correctly, or post a message in this thread and the tracker will be updated for you.

Rules to update the tracker:
1. Use the latest updated version to perform your update.
2. If adding a new record, put it in the right order, in the right section. (EB1/EB2/EB3, order based on ND)
3. If you see any messages in this thread after the previous update of the tracker requesting tracker update, you have to include information from those messages in addition to your own changes.
4. Do not change the name of the Excel file (2004.xls).
5. After you add your record, make sure the formulas are working for EAD time, AP time, etc.

If you do not want to bother yourself with the above rules, please post a message in this thread, and someone will update the tracker for you.

Please update my FP dates.

Hello Gurus,

I got my FP notice in california but currently I working in Michigan. Can I give my FP in Michigan or do I have to give in California. Please advise.

1. 140/485/131/765 RD: 09/13/04 and ND 09/16/04
2. RFE's for 131/765 on 10/12/04 for Photos
3. I-140 AD 10/27/04 no RFE
4. FP notice on 11/12/04
4. Now waiting for 485.

could someone kindly tell me what exactly is the mail USCIS sends out if they are requesting FP ?

My friend recently got a mail for the I-485 that states additional information or evidence was requested for.

We are hoping it is a request for FP to be done.

If others have got a similar mail (or otherwise) when it was time for their FP notices, could you please share this info??

I-140 pending

My I-140 is pending ND 4/27/04, no lud and no news. Checked with my attorney last week, they said wait!, unable to understand why my I-140 application is not touched.

In the future, if you update the tracker, please put the subject of your post as "Tracker updated" and also include which record(s) you updated in the message, if possible (usually 1 or 2 records are changed in each update, so it is easy to list).

when we sent out Doc's to VSC for 140/485 filling, the EAC numbers information will sent to Attorney or Employer by Mail or by Email.

Receipt notice are sent to the attorney or Employer via mail.
The EAC receipt notice is similar to one you get when you file for H1-B visa.

FP Notice

Hi All,
Thanks for the wonderful work in keeping this thread live and lively for all of us. Your efforts are remembered all the time.
Wanted to share the good news, myself and my wife got FP notices and they are scheduled for the first week of December'2004.
Yet another time need someone's expertise to update the information.
Just out of curiosity what is wait time after the FP are done to get the GC and thoughts.
