Did your LUD change before you got the approval notification???
My LUD changed to 10/22, but the status is the same.

My LUD didn't change i cheked this morning.
for my AP LUD changed on 9/14 still the message remains the same stating its still under process, but i got my approval notice by mail. Hope its same with your case

Received Finger Print Notice.... It is scheduled around thanksGiving.

No LUD change.

I am EB2, 485 - 03/30/04 ND and 140 (ND:03/11/04) is still pending.
I did not apply for EAD/AP.

Also, what is the latest theory on why I-140 cases for EB2 categories are being withheld? Does the receipt of the FP notice before I-140 approval have any siginificance? i.e. are they truly implementing concurrent processing?

Not sure, but I don't think EB1 needs a Labor Certificate.

Can anyone please confirm this ?

I finally got my labor certified after 3 1/2 years ( the price I pay for living in NYC)

It would be a great help if someone could explain some stuff to me.

I'm confused about all the terms everyone uses here. What is ND?
is AP advance parole? how is that different to EAD?

what is the process if I'm going consular processing?
when would I go for finger prints

:confused: WHAT IS HAPPENING?

I have my own I140 scanner that I use to run stats on all I140 cases with a case number of EAC042665XXXX.

Something very wierd happened today morning.
The stats in the quote for EAC04266XXXXX were run on 10/24. I ran my scanner again today morning. I got 44 approved cases. I changed my code to include some more data and ran a STATUS UPDATE on all the I140 cases and I got only 35 spprovals. I was stunned (how can the number of approval cases go down). I cleared my IE cache and ran a STATUS UPDATE again and this time I was shocked ... there were only 25 approvals. In a span of 1 hour, the number of approval cases changed from 44 to 25.

Can anybody throw some light on this. Are the guys at VSC making mistakes in the I140 approvals or are there system buggy or the approvals being reverted by higher authorities?

Any comments.

Good news,
My I 140 approved yesterday. i got email notification
long story..

i applied my Labor from NY city in Sept 2nd week of 2001,
i was layoffed in 7th year, no where to go
at last i find one company from Maine, they filed my Labor in
feb 2004, got approved in july 2004
applied my 140/ead/ap/485 on sept 13th

i got ead/ap approved in 9 days on sept 22,but postman send back to BCSIS,waiting for my ead to come once again
my wife got query on passport, we replied
she got approved ead yesterday

140 also got approved yesterday, only 38 days it took to approve

now just waiting for eads to come and for 3rd and Final stage 485 still there

Hey guys,

Got my FP notice finally!!!!!!!

I got an email from the lawyers today indicating that they got my FP notice from USCIS. All I know is that it is scheduled for Nov 30 2004. I have not recieved anything yet. Since my address has changed I am concerned that may be the reason. Any ideas.

Question I have is can I go earlier. It has been scheduled in Alexandria office anyone have any experience wih this center??? Any suggestions guys
